Job Description:
The Customer Support Specialist is tasked with responding to customer needs through both inbound and outbound calling and emailing activities.
The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, quickly initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations, and is highly self-motivated.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Working together with the Sr Sales Executive to support the sales team Assist sales team with quotes, day-to-day customer requests, and coordinates information between internal departments Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects Engage current Technical Solution Partners (TSP) to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence Schedule appointments and demos Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders Participate in growth initiatives New businesses generation Pipeline acceleration Customer retention Customer expansion Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Use various organization methods, including calendar management, to handle multiple projects at one time and complete tasks efficiently and quickly Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team Capable of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by the Lynxspring Products and Solutions Use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
Acts without being told what to do.
Brings new ideas to the company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
