com The primary function of the part-time Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative is to assist with all aspects of customer relations, primarily but not limited to commercial insurance clients.
In addition, the CCSR will assist in maintaining all aspects of customer care necessary to facilitate efficient operations of the agency office.
Qualifications Minimum High School graduate Proficient in use of Microsoft office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook Ability and willingness to learn software programs Agreeable disposition and pleasant appearance; dress is business casual Able to report on time and prepared to preform duties Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, and a proactive approach to problem solving Excellent interpersonal skills with clients both in person, on the telephone, and in writing Specific Accountabilities Priorities:
Obtain and maintain a agents' insurance license (willing to train candidate Be self-directed and motivated Manage all aspects of new and existing clients Maintain strict confidentiality regarding costs and personal client information Assure discreet handling of all business Maintain client information (computerized and hard copy, as required) Manage and meet project deadlines Maintain professional written, phone, email, and text etiquette Follow office current protocols, recommend improvements or new protocols to improve efficiency Prepare quote presentations Job Types:
