Event Marketing and Customer Service Assitant Entry-Level / Full-Time / Hiring Now! We help brands grow their market share through interactive marketing events and retail promotions.
Our direct approach helps our clients build long-lasting, quality relationships with their target market while improving brand awareness and acquiring more market share.
Summer is a busy period, so we're looking to hire additional Marketing and Customer Service Assistants for regional events.
You'll be working as part of a small team at local event venues and in retail locations across Kansas City.
Throughout the day, you'll be reaching out and engaging with local shoppers while promoting a brand and its products/services.
This helps the brand connect on a personal level with local consumers, and it entices some of them into taking up current offers.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Setting up branded event displays and distributing marketing materials Talking about the brand's values, vision, mission and recent success stories Providing general customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience Helping a brand enhance its reputation through interactive personal connections Thinking of creative ways for a brand to connect with more of its target market Qualifying customers and presenting products/services to them when relevant Sharing stories and examples to relate to customers and help them feel at ease Collecting consumer feedback and other information for marketing purposes Acquiring new, long-term customers and processing digital transactions Requirements:
All Representatives need to be 18
due to the nature of the role and the client/customer contracts in place.
We provide structured training and offer access to an extensive network of peers and industry leaders to learn from, so it's ok if you don't have much experience in this field.
It is beneficial if you've studied marketing or have worked with customers in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or a similar position before.
