This position will include, but not limited to the following:
- Answering phones, taking potential customer information - Entering information into CRM system - Maintaining electronic and hard copy files - Assisting with entering accounting information into QuickBooks Ideal candidate must have previous experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), ability to multi-task and prioritize, along with attention to detail.
QuickBooks experience is preferred.
This is an 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday position.
