We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team in Lee's Summit! You will resolve computer/product-related issues for your clients while providing excellent customer service.
The schedule is M-F 8am-5pm, paying $19/hour.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for customers using excellent customer serviceResolve issues for clients via phone or electronicallyRecommend hardware and software improvementsTrack customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbout the Company:
