Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Blog creation (AI assisted) with key words for SEO.
Collateral creation.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms.
Schedule and publish posts on different channels, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow our online community by engaging with followers and industry influencers.
Participate in relevant conversations, forums, and groups to increase brand visibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
(G4 knowledge or willingness to learn) Monitor social media analytics to track the performance of campaigns and content.
Monitor Google Analytics for ad performance (as needed).
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Identification:
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovative and trending content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for personal or professional purposes.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with content creation tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
