Customer service rep will process registrations and titles and/or process driver's license transactions.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of recent experience in a customer service position involving face-to-face customer contact.
Prior data entry experience strongly preferred.
Accuracy is more important then speed.
Attention to detail and able to follow procedures and instructions.
Need excellent oral communication skills, good people skills, friendly, outgoing personality.
Experience with problem solving, multi-tasking and handling stressful situations.
Part-time positions available.
Starting pay ranges from $16.
00 to $18.
00 per hour depending on experience.
Part-time 20-29 hours per week.
Office hours M-F 8:
00am - 6:
00pm, Saturday 8 - Noon.
Alternating Saturdays required for all positions.
Applicants must be current on state income tax and personal property taxes.
Must submit to a criminal background check conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
