We are seeking an Office Assistant for our mental health practice.
We need someone that is gifted in organizing and working with clients to schedule, deal with billing issues, and help providers as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and answer questions / deal with concerns - Schedule clients for providers - Organize office / order supplies as needed - Respond to emails - Check faxes and voicemail and respond as needed - Organize office and help providers with paperwork - Problem solve issues clients have with help from owner
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with budgeting and financial management - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels - Problem solve any issues that come up and commnicate with staff / owner If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organization and team management, we would love to hear from you.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
