Assistant Manager - Urgently Hiring

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will manage restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager. You will recruit, select, train, and develop restaurant employees and promote a fun and friendly environment. You will manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service and use management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards; treats employees and guests with respect; and actively listens and communicates timely, clearly, and accurately with management team and crew.
- Remains calm when challenged or placed under pressure; calms others who are confronted with a difficult situation or task; and effectively manages conflict.
- Demonstrates a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.; ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift.
- Ability to move freely throughout the restaurant.
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment.
- Ability to drive a motor vehicle and provide valid driver s license and vehicle insurance.
- This is in addition to the qualifications of a Team Member, Team Leader, and Assistant Manager II
