A dough team baker should be comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
We work hard and have a lot of fun! Training is offered on the job, no previous bakery experience is necessary.
As Baker, you will report to the Manager, or assigned Shift Lead.
Your regular duties will include:
Quickly ball out freshly mixed cookie dough to prepare for the upcoming day's sales.
Work with a team to accomplish tasks.
Frost and dress cookies to perfection.
Assist customers and assure their satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and well sanitized store.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties that ensure the overall health and success of the business.
