Position Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of all day-to-day activities carried out by his/her assigned Program. The Program Manager has the following
Responsibilities:


Primary Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop new talent.

Build and maintain client relationships through oral and written communications.

Confer with Human Resources personnel regarding job postings, applicants, new hires, discipline, Worker's Comp. Incidents, and ongoing personnel matters and questions.

Conduct interviews of applicants and hire individuals qualified to fill open positions, assuring timely, thorough completion and submission of all required hiring forms.

Orient new staff to policy books, and to individual client and program procedures according to the orientation packet and company policy.

Supervise, train, coach, recognize, evaluate, discipline and terminate all employees that he/she is assigned to supervise.

Schedule staff according to the approved staffing pattern, using the most cost effective approach, while balancing cost with quality and need for consistent staff.

Confer with COO prior to making permanent changes to the staffing pattern; assure budgeted hours are not exceeded and staff consistency is maintained for the clients' benefit.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to inform management of status, progress, and issues with all ongoing programs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
