Sitecore Solutions Architect (4672)

Must Haves:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess 7- 10 years of experience in development and 3-5 years of experience in Sitecore in the following areas
Experience in Data Infrastructure
Experience in creating Content Items
Experience in Presentation - specifically Web Controls
Experience in Placeholder framework
Experience in Rules framework
Experience in Binding content and presentation
Experience in Workflow engine
Experience in Platform administration and tuning
Specifically for Sitecore good experience in Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore Client libraries.
Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Content Management:
Strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies
Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
Experience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites.
Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design
Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4)
Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
Good experience in developing Sitecore based web application
Good understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture and optimization
Conversant on Sitecore Layout, Placeholder, Workflow, Packages and deployment
Should be able to provide solutions on Sitecore Platform independently
Object-oriented analysis & design (OOAD)
XML and Web Services
ADO.NET
Hands on experience working on SQL Server 2005 - 2012 (T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
Good knowledge of SDLC
Should be able to create Technical Design Document and UML diagrams from Requirements documents.
Knowledge of MVVM pattern, WSSF would be an added advantage
UML and other modeling tools
Past experience on at least one tool of Source control (TFS/CVS), Defect Mgt(HPQC)
Practical experience of using Design Patterns - MVC, MVP, Gang of Four (GoF)
Service-oriented architecture
Enterprise Library
Advanced C# concepts such as Dependency Injection
Interact with teammates to identify problems and solutions in working toward completion of project goal
Provide peer reviews to ensure designs are consistent with development standards and aligned with current best practices
Guide and inform the creation of test plans to guarantee solutions meet the defined functional requirements, user experience, system integration and performance expectations
Guide project team members in the design, development and testing of Sitecore solutions
Develop POCs to evaluate and test new approaches and solutions for project challenges
Perform day-to-day tasks, including the development of new software components, unit testing and debugging, maintenance of existing software, and performance testing
Establish and maintain the software project environment and process, including continuous integration (CI), source control, code sign-off and promotion, and automated unit testing
Manage the deployment UAT and production code upon project completion
Assist in providing technical expertise to evaluate new technologies, standards and techniques that work within current and future projects

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
